We accept returns within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Returns are free for customers. We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method in the same currency.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
